Ictrol 100mg Tablet 10s is a prescription medicine which is used in the treatment of epilepsy. It controls seizures (more commonly known as fits) by decreasing the abnormal activity of the nerve cells in the brain.
Consuming alcohol with it is unsafe.
Taking It during pregnancy might be unsafe. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby, consult your doctor for specific information.
Not recommended if you’re breastfeeding, please consult your doctor.
It may hamper attention and make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Avoid driving if these symptoms appear.
Exercise caution when using it in individuals with kidney disease. Adjustments to the dosage may be necessary, so it's important to seek advice from your doctor.
It should be used cautiously in patients with pre-existing liver disease. Dose adjustment of medicine may be required. Please consult your doctor.
Lacoford 100mg Tablet works by inactivating the sodium gated channels, which reduces the abnormal activity of brain cells. It thus treats epilepsy by controlling the seizures or fits.
Use medicine as you remember to take. If the next dose is upcoming, skip the missed Dose. Do not double up for the compensation of missed Doses. If you miss a dose frequently then consult your Doctor.
