The two active ingredients in this pharmaceutical preparation are Pantoprazole and Itopride. Pantoprazole reduces gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the proton pump (H+/K+ ATPase) in the stomach. Itorpide improves gastrointestinal motility, antagonizes dopamine D2 receptors, and inhibits the acetylcholinesterase enzyme.
