It is a combination of Methylcobalamin, Nortriptyline, and Pregabalin that is used for the treatment of Nerve pain and certain types of seizures.
Use cautiously; periodically check the results of liver function tests.
Use cautiously; modify dosage as needed.
Avoid alcoholic beverages when using this medication.
May make you feel sleepy or lightheaded.
Use with caution during pregnancy due to possible fetal hazards.
Caution is advised due to possible dangers to the baby.
Methylcobalamin is a form of vitamin B12 that helps in the regeneration of damaged nerves and supports nerve health. Pregabalin is an anticonvulsant drug that calms the nerve activity in the body and reduces nerve pain. Nortriptyline increases the natural chemical messenger in the brain which prevents the pain signal movement in the brain.
Nerve Pain: Pain in the Nervous System, also known as neuropathic pain, is caused by injury or malfunction and manifests as searing, shooting, or stabbing pain. Nerve pain can be caused by diseases such diabetic neuropathy, sciatica, and postherpetic neuralgia.
