Yes, you can use Clodoc and tacrolimus together. However, you may have to keep a watch on the side effects of tacrolimus. Though it happens rarely, the risk of side effects may increase due to increase in levels of tacrolimus because of Clodoc. But if it happens, talk to your doctor who will modify the dose of tacrolimus.
Clodoc can be used again if the candidal infection returns after 7 days. However, if the candidal infection recurs more than twice within six months, you should consult your doctor whether it is candidal infection or something else.
