This is a combination medicine containing Atenolol and Amlodipine. Atenolol is a beta-1 adrenergic blocker that inhibits sympathetic stimulation by reducing heart rate and cardiac output, which leads to a drop in blood pressure and reduces oxygen demand in the heart muscle.
