Albrim Lst Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines: Timolol and Brimonidine. Timolol is a beta blocker while Brimonidine is a sympathomimetic. They work by decreasing the production of aqueous humor (fluid in the eye), thereby lowering the increased eye pressure.
