Aceclofenac functions by obstructing the actions of cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, which are naturally occurring molecules. These enzymes aid in the body's production of prostaglandins, another type of molecule. At the locations of injuries, certain prostaglandins are created, which lead to pain and inflammation.
Osteoarthritis: It is a degenerative joint disease where the degradation of cartilage, a protective coating, causes the two ends of the joints to rub together. The lack of this barrier causes the joints to rub against one another, which causes discomfort and stiffness. Osteoarthritis pain, stiffness, inflammation, and soreness are among its symptoms. Rheumatoid arthritis: It is an autoimmune illness that causes joint discomfort and destruction because the immune system of the body targets its own tissue. Rheumatoid arthritis: discomfort, edema, stiffness, deformities, and loss of joint function are some of its symptoms.
