Aceclofenac functions by obstructing the actions of cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, which are naturally occurring molecules. These enzymes aid in the body's production of prostaglandins, another type of molecule. At the locations of injuries, certain prostaglandins are created, which lead to pain and inflammation.

• Take ACECLOFENAC either before or after meals.
• Do not chew or break ACECLOFENAC; instead, swallow it whole with a glass of water.

• If you have asthma or if your family has a history of asthma, you shouldn't use aceclofenac.
• It is not advised to use aceclofenac if you have a bleeding issue.
• Severe bleeding and edema in the colon, anus, and stomach are possible side effects.

• ACECLOFENAC functions by preventing the action of an enzyme called cyclo-oxygenase (COX), a chemical messenger that produces prostaglandins, which are created at the site of damage and induce pain and swelling.
