Zinocarb 50mg Capsule can be taken with or without food, but better to take it at the same time every day to get the most benefits. Some food or drinks can affect the working of medicine, so better to avoid mature cheeses (including processed cheeses), yeast or meat extracts and some type of beer or alcohol.
