Zerograin-Plus Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Zerograin-Plus Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Zerograin-Plus Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Zerograin-Plus Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Zerograin-Plus Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<BR>However, the use of Zerograin-Plus Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
Zerograin-Plus Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Domperidone, Flunarizine and Paracetamol which prevent migraine accompanied by nausea/vomiting. Domperidone is an antiemetic and prokinetic which blocks the action of a dopamine (a chemical messenger) in the brain which causes nausea and vomiting. Flunarizine is a calcium channel blocker which works by preventing the narrowing of blood vessels in the head thereby preventing migraine headache. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain.
