Ethinyl Estradiol is a synthetic estrogen that can decrease luteinizing hormone that can decrease the endometrial vascularisation and able to decrease the gonadotrophic hormone which are responsible to prevent ovulation. Drospirenone can inhibit the maturation of follicles. It can also inhibit the ovulation and can prevent pregnancy.
Pregnancy is the condition in which fetus develops in the woman’s womb or uterus. It can measured through the last menstrual period for the delivery. It can be measured through the three segments of pregnancy also known as trimesters.
