Vernit can cause mild stomach problems such as vomiting, stomach pain, stomach swelling (abdominal distension) and bloating. You can reduce the chances of getting these side effects by taking Vernit with food. However, the absorption of Vernit may get reduced when taken with food.

Vernit is effective if used in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Do not stop taking it even if you see improvement in your condition. If you stop using Vernit too early, the symptoms may return or worsen.

Menieres disease can be triggered by conditions like stress, overwork, fatigue, emotional distress, additional illnesses and pressure changes. Along with that, certain foods such as dairy products, caffeine, alcohol and foods with high sodium content may trigger Menieres disease. A 2-gram/day low-salt diet can help control vertigo in Menieres disease.

Menieres disease is a disorder of the balance and hearing organs in the inner ear. The symptoms include vertigo, fluctuations in hearing, tinnitus (ringing of the ears) and pressure in the ears. If you forget a dose of Vernit, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next dose on the scheduled time. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one as this may increase the chances of developing side effects.
