It may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.The drug can cause blurring of vision, dizziness, mild nausea, and mental confusion in some cases. This may affect your ability to drive.

It is an anticholinergic medication. It works by decreasing the activity of a chemical messenger (acetylcholine) in the brain. This improves muscle control and reduces stiffness in Parkinsons' disease. It also improves movement disorders (restlessness, involuntary movements, or muscle spasms) caused by certain other medicines.
