It includes Tamsulosin + Finasteride. Tamsulosin + Finasteride is a combination medication used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), a non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate gland, which causes urinary symptoms in men. This dual therapy provides both immediate relief and long-term management of BPH.
It may cause excessive drowsiness with alcohol.
It is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy.

It should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease.
Tamsulosin: Relaxes the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, improving urine flow. Finasteride: Reduces the size of the prostate by decreasing levels of dihydrotestosterone (DHT), the hormone responsible for prostate growth.
