Mometasone calms the immune system response and reduces swelling, redness and itching. Terbinafine stops the growth of fungi that cause infection and helps in clearing up the infection. Nadifloxacin inhibits the enzymes required for bacterial DNA replication and therefore exhibits antibacterial effects against acne-causing Propionibacterium and other skin pathogens.
