However, in some cases slow heartbeat, reduced kidney function including kidney failure (e.g., reduced urine output) have also been reported. If you experience any such symptoms, contact your doctor immediately and seek medical help.
What happens if I forget to take Telmipulse H?
If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is close to the time of your next dose, skip the missed one and take the next scheduled dose. Do not take a double dose to make up for the one you missed. If you often forget doses, it may help to set an alarm to remind you. If not sure, consult your doctor for other ways to help you remember.
Can Telmipulse H affect my fertility or sex life?

What will happen if I stop taking Telmipulse H?
You should not stop taking Telmipulse H without talking to your doctor first. If you do stop taking it, your blood pressure may rise and you may put yourself at greater risk of having a heart attack or a stroke.
