Tapcynta Plus 50mg/325mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Tapcynta Plus 50mg/325mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<BR>However, Tapcynta Plus 50mg/325mg Tablet contains paracetamol which is considered the safest painkiller for kidney disease patients.

Please consult your doctor.<BR>However, the use of Tapcynta Plus 50mg/325mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
Tapcynta Plus 50mg/325mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: tapentadol and paracetamol which relieve pain. Tapentadol is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever and pain.
