How Seleno Tablet works
Seleno Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Choline Salicylate and Lidocaine/Lignocaine. Choline Salicylate is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) which cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Lidocaine/Lignocaine is a local anesthetic. It works by blocking pain signals from the nerves to the brain which decreases the pain sensation.
How To Use Seleno Tablet
- Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Seleno Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
