Prescription Required
This medication is used to treat Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). It consists of Rabeprazole and Levosulpiride. Rabeprazole blocks gastric proton pump enzyme (responsible for acid production) and Levosulpiride increase pressure of esophagus sphincter (prevent back flow of gastric acid).
If patent has liver disease should inform the doctor because dose adjustment may be required.
If patent has kidney impairment should inform the doctor because dose adjustment may be required.
Leads to enhance production stomach acid and enhanced heartburn and acidity.
May cause Drowsiness and Dizziness.
Should take after doctor prescribed.
Breastfeeding women should consult doctor to take this medication.
It consists of Rabeprazole (proton pump inhibitor) and Levosulpiride (prokinetic agent). Rabeprazole blocks gastric proton pump enzyme (responsible for acid production) and Levosulpiride increase pressure of esophagus sphincter (prevent back flow of gastric acid).
Take the Capsule as soon as possible if you miss a dose. On the other hand, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule if your next dose is almost due. Don't take two doses at once.
GERD (gastro-esophageal reflux disease) is a long-term illness marked by recurrent reflux of stomach acid into the esophagus, causing discomfort, heartburn, and other symptoms. If treatment is not received, it may lead to consequences like Barrett's esophagus and esophagitis.
