R-Cin 450 Capsule is an antibiotic, used in the treatment of all forms of tuberculosis, an infectious disease that mainly affects the lungs and in some cases other parts of the body. It may be used alone or in combination with other medicines to fight serious infections.
R-Cin 450 Capsule may also be given to people who are carriers (people who are infected, yet do not show any signs and symptoms of infection). It should be taken on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after a meal. It should be taken in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. It is better to take it at the same time each day to get the most benefit and you should keep on taking this medicine for as long as you are prescribed. Stopping it early may make the infection to come back and harder to treat.
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with R-Cin 450 Capsule.
R-Cin 450 Capsule may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.
R-Cin 450 Capsule is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
R-Cin 450 Capsule may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. You may feel dizzy or faint, have problems with vision or have other side effects that could affect your ability to drive.
R-Cin 450 Capsule should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of R-Cin 450 Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
There is limited information available on the use of R-Cin 450 Capsule in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.
