Pulmofree 10mg Injection helps to improve your exercise ability. It is given under the supervision of a healthcare professional. You should not stop taking it without consulting your doctor as it may lead to worsening of your symptoms. But, you should stop taking it if leads to loss of vision in one or both eyes or sudden loss of hearing with ringing sensation in your ear.
Pulmofree 10mg Injection is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in your lungs thereby reducing the high blood pressure in the lungs. This allows your heart to work less to pump blood in your lungs.
Your doctor or nurse will give you this medicine. Kindly do not self administer.
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Pulmofree 10mg Injection.
Pulmofree 10mg Injection is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby however, there are limited human studies.
Pulmofree 10mg Injection is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Pulmofree 10mg Injection may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Pulmofree 10mg Injection is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Pulmofree 10mg Injection is recommended.<BR>However, inform your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease. A lowering of dose may be considered if it is not well-tolerated.
Pulmofree 10mg Injection should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Pulmofree 10mg Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<BR>There is limited information available on the use of Pulmofree 10mg Injection in patients with severe liver disease.
