Proxynova Capsule is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.<BR>Even small doses of Proxynova Capsule can cause infant sleepiness and decreased/altered brain function.
It is not known whether Proxynova Capsule alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Proxynova Capsule should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Proxynova Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<BR>Use of Proxynova Capsule is not recommended in patients with end stage kidney disease.

Proxynova Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Paracetamol/Acetaminophen and Dextropropoxyphene. Paracetamol/Acetaminophen is an analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain. Dextropropoxyphene is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.
