Cobradex 400mg/65mg Capsule is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.<BR>Even small doses of Cobradex 400mg/65mg Capsule can cause infant sleepiness and decreased/altered brain function.
It is not known whether Cobradex 400mg/65mg Capsule alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Cobradex 400mg/65mg Capsule should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Cobradex 400mg/65mg Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<BR>Use of Cobradex 400mg/65mg Capsule is not recommended in patients with end stage kidney disease.

Cobradex 400mg/65mg Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Paracetamol and Dextropropoxyphene. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain. Dextropropoxyphene is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.
