PGI 500mg/100mg Tablet 10s is a combination of three medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase. Aceclofenac comes from the class of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and Paracetamol belongs to the class of antipyretics (fever reducer). The medicine acts by inhibiting the release of chemical messengers in the brain which stimulate fever and pain. Serratiopeptidase refers to an enzyme that shows its activity by breaking down irregular proteins at the inflammation site, thereby aiding in the healing process.
