  • It can be taken on an empty stomach or after having food.

  • Avoid altering the dose and do not terminate its use until your doctor advise you.
  • Take the medicine regularly at the same time.
  • Take it as a whole without chewing, crushing, and breaking it.

No, you should not take Pari if you are receiving tamoxifen. Tamoxifen often causes hot flashes (episodes of feeling extremely hot), which can be treated with Pari. But Pari may reduce the effectiveness of tamoxifen and can lead to recurrence of breast cancer.

What is the effect of Pari on children?

Pari should not be used in children under 18 years of age. The reason being, patients under 18 have an increased risk of experiencing side effects such as suicidal thoughts, aggression, oppositional behavior and anger when they take Pari. If your doctor has prescribed Pari for your child and you are worried about these side effects, discuss it with your doctor.
