How Olmat MT 50mg Tablet ER 7s works
Olmat MT 50mg Tablet ER 7s is a combination of two blood-pressure lowering medicines: Olmesartan Medoxomil and Metoprolol Succinate. Olmesartan Medoxomil is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). It works by blocking the hormone angiotensin thereby relaxing blood vessels. Metoprolol Succinate is a beta blocker which works specifically on the heart to reduce heart rate and lower blood pressure. Together they allow the blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently.
How To Use Olmat MT 50mg Tablet ER 7s
- Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Olmat MT 50mg Tablet ER 7s is to be taken with food.
