This medicine works by reducing inflammation, Itchiness, and Redness in the eyes. Chlorpheniramine works by blocking histamine and reduces allergies. Naphazoline works by narrowing blood vessels in the eyes and reduces redness. Phenylephrine constricts the blood vessels in the eye, and reduces redness and swelling. Methane provides soothing effect and properly hydrates and lubricates the eyes.
