Ntgn 2.6 mg Tablet CR 30s is a vasodilator used for heart failure, high blood pressure (hypertension), anal fissures, and painful periods, and to treat and prevent chest pain caused by decreased blood flow to the heart (angina).
Combining with alcohol can cause an excessive drop in blood pressure, leading to dizziness, lightheadedness, and fainting. It's advisable to avoid alcohol while taking nitroglycerin due to this potential interaction.
