Nindanib 150 capsule contains nintedanib.It is used to treat idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
Nindanib is an anti cancer medicine.It works by blocking the action of abnormal protein and helps to stop the growth of cancer cells.
Before taking it, tell your doctor if have a bleeding problem, liver, or kidney problems or are taking any medicines to treat infections.
Nindanib 150 Soft Gelatin Capsule should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Nindanib 150 Soft Gelatin Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Nindanib 150 Soft Gelatin Capsule is not recommended in patients with moderate to severe liver disease.
Nindanib 150 Soft Gelatin Capsule should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Nindanib 150 Soft Gelatin Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor. There is limited information available on the use of Nindanib 150 Soft Gelatin Capsule in these patients.
It is not known whether it is safe to consume alcohol with Nindanib 150 Soft Gelatin Capsule. Please consult your doctor.
Nindanib 150 Soft Gelatin Capsule may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. You may feel sick after taking this medicine and this could affect your driving.
Nindanib 150 Soft Gelatin Capsule is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.
Nindanib 150 Soft Gelatin Capsule is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
