How To Use Nezaflo Nasal Spray
- Dosage: Follow the dosage prescribed by your healthcare provider.
- Typically, the recommended dose is one or two sprays in each nostril once daily.
- Administration: Shake the bottle well before use.
- Blow your nose gently to clear the nostrils.
- Remove the cap and prime the spray by pumping a few times until a fine mist is produced (only if using for the first time or if the spray hasn’t been used for a while).
- Tilt your head slightly forward and insert the nozzle into one nostril while closing the other nostril with a finger.
- Press the pump to release a spray while breathing in gently through the nose.
- Repeat the process in the other nostril.
- Avoid blowing your nose immediately after using the spray.
- Replace the cap after use.
