Avoid driving if you feel drowsy or dizzy.

Cetirizine: An antihistamine that reduces allergy symptoms by blocking histamine receptors. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide: A cough suppressant that reduces the urge to cough by acting on the brain's cough center. Phenylephrine: A decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing nasal congestion.
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember, but skip it if it is close to the next dose. Do not double the dose.
