Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide: A cough suppressant that affects signals in the brain that trigger the cough reflex. Phenylephrine: A decongestant that narrows blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing congestion.
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. Skip it if it is almost time for the next dose. Do not double the dose.
