Myotop-P Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Myotop-P Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Myotop-P Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<BR>However, Myotop-P Tablet contains paracetamol which is considered the safest painkiller for kidney disease patients.

Myotop-P Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Tolperisone and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen, which relieves pain and relaxes the muscles. Tolperisone is a muscle relaxant. It works by acting on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve the muscle stiffness or spasm. Paracetamol/Acetaminophen is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever.
