Myostigmin 0.5mg Injection 1ml is a reversible cholinesterase inhibitor. It increases the level of acetylcholine, a chemical messenger in the brain, by suppressing acetylcholinesterase (enzyme). This acetylcholine further triggers muscle contracting receptors which helps in muscle contraction.
