It is a combination medicine. It is used in the treatment of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS).
It balances insulin levels, regulating hormones, menstruation, and ovulation cycles and improves the bodys response to insulin and hormone balance.
Use it in dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor.

It should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of this drug may be needed. Please consult your doctor. It is generally started with low dose in patients with mild to moderate liver disease and its use is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

Use of this drug is, however, not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Regular monitoring of kidney function test is advisable while you are taking this medicine.
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with this drug.
Your ability to drive may be affected if your blood sugar is too low or too high. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
