Introduction to Mycocid Mouth Wash

Mycocid Mouth Wash should be applied on the site of lesion inside the mouth. Follow the doctor&rsquos instruction or use it in the dose and duration suggested by the doctor. Do not stop using it until you have finished the complete course, even when you feel better.  You must have to avoid eating, drinking, or smoking for at least 30 minutes after using it.

It is a safe medicine with few side effects, but you may get allergic reactions like swelling of the lips, throat or face, and trouble breathing. Inform your doctor if bothers you or does not go away.

How Mycocid Mouth Wash works

Mycocid Mouth Wash is an antifungal medication which treats fungal infections of the mouth. It works by binding with the mucosa (the inner surface of the lips and cheeks) from where it is slowly released into the saliva. The fungal cell membranes are destroyed thereby killing the fungi.

How To Use Mycocid Mouth Wash

  • Check the label before use. Take the mouthwash in the quantity as advised by your doctor and put it in your mouth. Swish for 30 seconds to 1 minute and spit it. Do not swallow. Avoid eating, drinking, or smoking for at least 30 minutes after rinsing.
