Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.<BR>To reduce the amount of Monosopt Eye Drop that reaches the breastmilk, place pressure over the corner of the eye for 1 minute or more, then remove the excess solution with an absorbent tissue.
It is not known whether Monosopt Eye Drop alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.

No, you should remove your contact lenses before instilling Monosopt. You can re-insert the lens 15 minutes after using Monosopt. Contact your doctor if there is any eye irritation that persists.

Monosopt reduces the pressure inside the eyes, known as intraocular pressure. This reduces the risk of damage to the optic nerve responsible for normal vision. If the pressure in the eye is not controlled, it can gradually lead to blindness. Monosopt effectively controls glaucoma by decreasing the pressure in the eyes.
Usually, Monosopt starts working soon after instilling it. However, it may take around 8 hours to show beneficial effects. Consult your doctor if you do not find significant results or if your eyes feel irritated after using Monosopt.
You should contact your doctor immediately if you develop an eye infection, conjunctivitis or an eyelid reaction. Also, you should inform the doctor if you have an eye injury or eye surgery. Discuss with your doctor if you have to continue using Monosopt.
You do not need to refrigerate Monosopt after opening the bottle. However, store it in a cool place and below 25℃. Keep the container tightly closed and away from sunlight.
