Metoclopramide: Blocks dopamine receptors in the brain and gut, reducing nausea and vomiting and enhancing the motility of the upper gastrointestinal tract. Paracetamol/Acetaminophen: Inhibits the production of prostaglandins in the brain, which helps reduce pain and fever.
Nausea and Vomiting: Symptoms often caused by motion sickness, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or surgery. Pain: Includes mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache, muscle pain, or pain associated with conditions like migraines. Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD): A chronic condition where stomach acid frequently flows back into the esophagus, causing heartburn and irritation.
