It contains Monteleukast, Fexofenadine, and Acebrophylline. Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist which blocks the chemicals that cause constriction and inflammation in the airways. Fexofenadine is an antihistamine drug that blocks the histamine which is responsible for causing allergic symptoms like itching, swelling, and rashes. Acebrophylline has mucolytic properties that allow the thinning and loosening of mucus and facilitate the elimination of cough easily.
