- Lincomycin can cause severe diarrhea, including Clostridium difficile-associated diarrhea. If you experience severe or persistent diarrhea, contact your doctor immediately.
- Inform your healthcare provider if you have a known allergy to Lincomycin or other lincosamide antibiotics.
