Levetiracetam: It inhibits abnormal nerve cell activity in the brain by binding to SV2A sites, preventing seizures' spread.

Therefore, you should avoid alcohol while taking Levihop until you know how it affects you.

How long does Levihop take to show its effect?

Levihop may take a few weeks to start working properly since the dose is increased slowly. It is possible that your seizures may continue until Levihop starts working completely.
