It is a combination medicine used to treat common cold symptoms. It thins mucus in the nose, windpipe, and lungs making it easier to cough out. It also helps alleviate symptoms of seasonal allergies, including a runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, and watery eyes.

It may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
It should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of drug may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of LCZ Plus Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

This medicine is made from a combination of four medicines: Ambroxol, Phenylephrine, Paracetamol, and Levocetrizine. Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant that makes breathing easier by treating swelling and congestion by contracting the blood vessels present in the nasal passages. Ambroxol is a mucolytic agent that relieves congestion in the airways by loosening and thinning mucus. Levocetirizine has anti-histaminic property which treats itching, sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes by blocking histamine receptors. Paracetamol is an antipyretic and a pain reliever. It inhibits several chemical messengers from the brain responsible for the sensation of pain and causes inflammation.
