Imix 10 Eye Drop is a combination of two antibiotics (Chloramphenicol, Polymyxin B) and a steroid (Dexamethasone). The antibiotics work by killing the bacteria or stopping their growth. Together, they treat your eye infection effectively. The steroid blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye red, swollen and itchy.
