Ibandronic Acid: Works by inhibiting the activity of osteoclasts, the cells that break down bone tissue. This helps to slow bone loss, maintain bone density, and reduce the risk of fractures.

• Dosage: Follow the dosage prescribed by your healthcare provider, typically one tablet once a month.
• Administration: Take the tablet orally with a full glass of water.
• Take it at least 60 minutes before eating or drinking anything other than water, or before taking any other medication.
• Remain upright (sitting or standing) for at least 60 minutes after taking the tablet to prevent irritation of the esophagus.
