Gudcef L Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Gudcef L Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Gudcef L Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Gudcef L Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
There is limited information available on the use of Gudcef L Tablet in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.<BR>However, stop the medicine and inform your doctor if you develop any signs and symptoms of jaundice while taking this medicine.
Gudcef L Tablet is a combination of two antibiotics: Cefpodoxime Proxetil and Levofloxacin. Cefpodoxime Proxetil works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of the bacteria in the human body. Levofloxacin works by preventing the bacteria from reproducing and repairing themselves. Together, they treat your infection effectively.
