Introduction to Glofty-OZ Infusion

It is an antibiotic infusion. It is used in the treatment of bacterial infections and prevention of dehydration in diarrhea

It combines three medicines - Ofloxacin, Ornidazole, and Sodium Chloride. Ofloxacin prevents bacterial cell division, Ornidazole damages DNA in bacteria and other microorganisms, and Sodium Chloride replenishes salt and electrolyte levels, collectively killing the infection-causing microorganisms.

Use it in dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor.

How Glofty-OZ Infusion works

Glofty-OZ Infusion is a combination of three medicines: Ofloxacin, Ornidazole and Sodium Chloride. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, thereby killing the bacteria. Ornidazole is also an antibiotic which kills other microorganisms in addition to bacteria by damaging their DNA. Together, they treat your infection effectively. Sodium Chloride replenishes salt and electrolyte levels in the body.
