Gen-D3 should be administered under the supervision of a trained healthcare professional or a doctor only and should not be self-administered. The dose will depend on the condition you are being treated for and will be decided by your doctor. Follow your doctor’s instructions carefully to get maximum benefit from Gen-D3.

Taking too much Gen-D3 for a long period of time may increase the levels of calcium in the blood (hypercalcemia). This may cause weakness, fatigue, vomiting, diarrhea, sluggishness, kidney stones, increased blood pressure and growth retardation in children. Gen-D3 is a form of vitamin D which is used as a supplement in patients with vitamin D deficiency. The daily requirement of Vitamin D3 is 4000 IU/day. Since your diet may not be able to meet the daily requirement of Vitamin D3, therefore you may need 1000 - 3000 IU/day of supplements of Vitamin D3.

Gen-D3 is important for maintaining bone health, supporting the health of the immune system, brain, and nervous system. It also regulates insulin levels and is important for a healthy heart and blood vessels.
