How Furamist AZ Nasal Spray works

This pharmaceutical preparation is prepared by combining two medicines: Fluticasone and Azelastine. Fluticasone is a steroidal preparation that exhibits its activity by blocking the production of chemical messengers that cause inflammation and allergy. Azelastine is an antihistamine medicine which treats allergic symptoms i.e. itching, swelling, and rashes by blocking the effects of histamine.

How To Use Furamist AZ Nasal Spray

  • Follow the dosage and duration advised by the doctor
  • Read the label carefully before using
  • Insert the bottle tip into the nostril and close the other nostril
  • Aim the spray towards the sides of your nostril, avoiding the cartilage that separates the two sides of your nose
  • Breathe gently as soon as you spray and keep your head in an upright position
  • Follow the same process for the other nostril also
