Episar 100mg Injection is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Episar 100mg Injection may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.<BR>Lower doses may be considered in patients with serum creatinine > 5 mg/dL.
Episar 100mg Injection should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Episar 100mg Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<BR>Use of Episar 100mg Injection is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
Episar 100mg Injection is an anti-cancer medication. It works by suppressing the activity of an enzyme (topoisomerase II) involved in DNA multiplication of the breast cancer cells. It also forms harmful chemicals (free radicals) which cause DNA damage. This slows the growth of breast cancer cells and eventually kills them.
