It is a combination drug used to treat dyspepsia, related symptoms like nausea and vomiting, and gastrointestinal disorders such gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Both esomeprazole and domperidone are present.
If you have liver illness, use this product carefully. Frequent testing for liver function can be necessary.
If you have kidney illness, use this product cautiously.
Avoid drinking because because it can make stomach acid worse and make medication less effective.
If you are experiencing dizziness or other side effects that make it difficult for you to drive.
If you are pregnant, talk to your doctor before using this drug.
Before using this drug while breastfeeding, speak with your doctor.
Domperidone: A prokinetic drug that facilitates faster food passage through the stomach and lessens nausea and vomiting by stimulating the motility of the stomach and intestines. Esomeprazole: Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) like esomeprazole lessen the quantity of acid produced in the stomach, preventing ulcers, healing acid damage to the stomach and esophagus, and relieving symptoms of indigestion and heartburn.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double the dose to catch up.
GERD is a chronic condition where stomach acid frequently flows back into the esophagus, causing irritation and symptoms like heartburn, regurgitation, and discomfort. Dyspepsia, or indigestion, is a condition characterized by discomfort or pain in the upper abdomen. It can be associated with bloating, nausea, and burping.
